Exchange / Return

At Chiclo,we strive to satisfy each of our customers & we understand that sometimes the ordered size might not always be perfect for you and you may need to get it exchanged.
We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible!

We currently only accept exchanges. We don’t do refunds.

  • To process an exchange, kindly reach out to us with complete exchange details at chicloindia@gmail.com or any of our platforms within 72 hours of delivery. We will provide you an address to return the item. The items need to be shipped back by you at our address within 72 hours of address confirmation from our end. Please make
    sure the returned items are intact with labels as they were and sent back in the same packaging.
  • We will only entertain exchange requests sent in the above mentioned timelines.
  • As we receive the product, the exchange will be confirmed once the items pass the quality check, the exchanged item will be dispatched to you within 7 working days.
  • If the item is out of stock for exchange, you can buy any other item of equal or higher value within 30 days.
  • Please note in case of exchanges buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Also, one item is eligible for exchange one time only. So review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

  • Timeframe: To be eligible for an exchange, you must place the request and dispatch your items within the specified timeframe.
  • Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Some items may be non-exchangeable, such as stockings and innerwear or items purchased during final sale periods. Please see the product description or contact us for more information.

Return Policy:

Currently we provide returns only in case of damaged or defective products.

  • To process a return, the customer needs to reach us out with complete details at chicloindia@gmail.com or any of our platforms within 72hours of delivery.
  • The customers needs to attach proper videos and photos of the damaged product.
  • Please make sure the returned items are intact with labels as they were and sent back in the same packaging.
  • Initially we will try to resolve the issue if some minor amendments need to be done, if not, you need to ship the product at the provided address within 72 hours of address confirmation from our end.
  • We will entertain return requests only in the given timeframes.
