GENERAL POLICY

  • All items to be shipped within 24-48 hours.
  • Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday.
  • Once an order is shipped, it takes 5-7 business days to reach you based on your location.
  • Upon dispatch you can ask for tracking details via Whatsapp or Instagram.
  • You can Whatsapp/Email us on chicloindia@gmail.com for any questions related to shipping.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: Within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: Within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch. (Available for selected pin codes)

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Delivery:  Free shipping on all the orders.
  • Express Delivery: A flat fee of ₹199 applies to all Express Delivery orders.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your purchase.
  • Please note, it may take a while before you receive the tracking number & delivery details.
  • Additionally, you can reach out to us on whatsapp in case you do not receive tracking & delivery details within 3 days of order confirmation.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including pin code and any relevant landmarks. Incomplete addresses may cause delays or delivery failures.
  • Chiclo will not be responsible for any incomplete or wrong delivery address mentioned by the customer.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, Chiclo only offers domestic shipping within India.
  • We plan to expand our international shipping options in the future. Please stay tuned for updates!

Holiday Season Deliveries:

  • Please note that during peak seasons like holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery before the holidays.
