Exchange Policy

We're thrilled you're loving Chiclo! We strive to ensure every customer has a great experience. If the fit isn't quite right, we've got you covered.

Please note: We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available.

1. First Exchange (FREE)

·       Exchange for a different size or colour of the same style.

·       Exchange for any other product(s) available on our website.

·       Choose one or multiple products during the exchange.

·       If the new order value is higher, pay the difference.

·       If the new order value is lower, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit (valid for 3 months).

·       Opt for Store Credit instead of exchanging immediately (valid for 3 months).

·       Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

·       Reverse pickup is usually arranged within 1–4 days, depending on courier availability.

·       Reverse shipments generally take around 7 days to reach our warehouse.

·       Your exchanged order will be dispatched only after the returned product is received and passes our quality check.

2. Second Exchange

·       Available at a flat fee of ₹250 to cover courier and handling charges.

3. Non-Serviceable Pickup Locations

·       If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin code, you'll be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

4. Sale Orders

·       Orders placed during major sale events such as Anniversary Sale, Birthday Sale, End of Season Sale (EOSS), Stock Clearance Sale, or other special promotional sales are not eligible for exchange, unless a wrong or defective product has been delivered.
